Therefore, this study seeks to phenomenological analyze the experiences of successful industrial entrepreneurs in Iran. The participants of the present study were 20 Iranian entrepreneurs in the industrial sector. In the present study, for data collection, semi-structured interviews were held with the research participants. The findings indicate that the entrepreneurial experiences of successful Iranian entrepreneurs in the industrial sector can be categorized in the form of educational experiences consisting of "organizational, familial and spiritual factors", scientific experiences consisting of "psychological, educational, and research and development factors," cultural experiences including "cultural factors, revolutionary thinking, justice, and communication factors," and economic experiences consisting of "entrepreneurial literacy, business factors, and economic literacy.
