		<Abstract>The objective of this systematic policy-making article is to design life pathways that establish elite edification-fueled, economic-sanctions-eradicating entrepreneurship in science and technology. Edification is not a single science but an integrated multi-science central to the wholeness of the global science and technology. Educators need to be persistently educated to become cognizant of state-of-the-art elite mentorship philosophies. This will enable economy-based science and technology to evolve timely and progressively. Elite-generating edificational psychology and entrepreneurship are emerging sciences, the inclusion of which in innovative policy-making will determine the depth of upcoming accomplishments in science and technology edification. Motivation is where learning evolves to more advanced and effective communication and dissemination. Amalgamating different learning strategies result in more appropriate inclusion of elite-generating entrepreneurship in systematic edification. The goal will be to fuel creativity in all aspects of life. Mentorships arts equipped with moral edificational obligations will lead innovative economic-sanctions-eradicating programs for ongoing peace and prosperity.</Abstract>

		<Abstract>&lt;span lang=&quot;EN-GB&quot;&gt;Sanction, is a planned action by one or more state by different ways for different purposes. Economic is the most important of sanctions, often applied as an alternative to war. Sanctions are divided into, National and internal sanction, governmental and sanctions by the United Nation. So the concept of sanction, legitimacy and illegitimacy of it, and Damatov well as the Act of Iran sanction and whether the law is in conflict with the principle of sovereign equality? will be discussed. It can be argued that if economic sanctions are causing human suffering the sanctions are not justified from the perspective of international law. The author then discusses the issue of economic coercion and the principle of non-intervention. Finally the result obtained that, sanctions in contrast with nafye sabil as a religious base and article 4(2) of the UN Charter, as customary international rule. So you should behave consciously against threats.&lt;/span&gt;</Abstract>

		<Abstract>The necessity of capital to maintain investment and also use of new potentials and opportunities in order to sustain growth and economic development is clear. Iran needs development&#039;s strategy and this development requires continuous investment. As we know Iran encounter with countless economic and political sanction and these sanctions were effective on absorbing foreign investment&#039;s volume during recent years. We try to study whether negligible foreign investment is effective on GRP Growth? The casual relationship between GRP Growth and foreign investment growth were studied by use of Hsiao casual test in the years of 2000-2010. Findings showed there was perceivable mutual relationship between GRP Growth and foreign investment.</Abstract>
