This is an applied research conducted through a descriptive-correlational survey. The actual data were collected using standard questionnaires. Adopting the scale applied by Panahi Vanayee (2016), the dimensions of the company performance BB was measured and the standard questionnaire of Zampetakis (2007) was used to measure the variables of entrepreneurial behaviors. Research reliability was measured based on Cronbach's alpha. All data analyses, both descriptive and inferential, were performed in PLS3 software. We tested the research hypotheses using structural equation modelling. The results indicated that performance of the knowledge-intensive enterprise did have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behaviors. https://www.oajre.ir/article_131797_849b7c3ffe79f576c0d28a0fe57564f9.pdfIranian Business Management AssociationInternational Journal of Resistive Economics2345-49549120210101Identifying the Success Factors of Talent Management in the Public Educational System of the Country1429131804ENMohammad Reza Hosseinpour DallaliniaPhD student in Educational Management, Islamic Azad University, Tonekabon Branch, Tonekabon, IranZohreh ShakibaeiAssistant professor, Department of Educational Science, Islamic Azad University, Tonekabon Branch, Tonekabon, IranEsmaeil KazempourAssociate professor, Department of Educational Science , Islamic Azad University, Tonekabon Branch, Tonekabon, IranJournal Article20200824This research has been conducted to identify the success factors of talent management in the public educational system of the country and to provide recommended strategies. Reliability is also obtained by calculating the alpha coefficient in the final implementation of 93/0. In this research, 10 research hypotheses have been presented and descriptive and inferential statistics have been used for data analysis. Data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and standard deviation and inferential data analysis using Chi-square and Mann-Whitney U tests using KM tests. Statistical analysis was performed using the SPSS program at the level of 0.05. The findings of the research indicate that there are strategic management barriers in Imam Reza Hospital, and the level of familiarity of managers with the strategic planning, implementation and evaluation components is at the optimal level, the extent to which managers use the components of the planning process and The implementation process is at a desirable level, and only the amount of managers using the component of the strategic assessment process is not at the optimal level.https://www.oajre.ir/article_132087_bde0b77e890dd758af4cde70790e2705.pdfIranian Business Management AssociationInternational Journal of Resistive Economics2345-49549120210101The Effect of Dynamic Capabilities on Culture and Performance of the Firms Operating in Culture Industry in Alignment with the Resistive Economy5166132124ENSajjad Salehi DolatabadMA, Private Law, ImamSadiq University, Tehran, IranTahere Raei KoozekonanMA, Communication Law, Allame Tabatabaee University, Tehran, IranJournal Article20200910Dynamic capabilities involve the processes required to identify new opportunities and coordinate or harmonize related groups of organizations for optimal performance, given the existing organizational culture. This is an applied research conducted based on a descriptive, correlational survey design with a combined qualitative-quantitative approach. The statistical population included nearly 20000 managers of the firms operating in the culture industry. We formed a sample consisting of 385 managers based on the Cochran formula for finite population. The required quantitative data were collected using questionnaires. For data analysis, structural equation modeling (SEM) technique was used in PLS software where dynamic capabilities were the independent variables and the organizational culture and performance of the managers in these firms were the dependent variables. The results indicated that the dynamic capabilities, in the form of (valuable) innovations, identified (environmental) opportunities, and reconfigured organizational resources, had a positive and statistically significant effect on management culture and performance in the understudy enterprises.https://www.oajre.ir/article_132124_61edb52b86dea40a27438b4b030c6b12.pdfIranian Business Management AssociationInternational Journal of Resistive Economics2345-49549120210101The Impact of Social Network Marketing on Consumer Willingness for Brand Purchase, given the Mediating Role of Customer Engagement6781132125ENSara SerajpourMaster of Business Administration, Marketing Orientation, Sari Branch, Islamic Azad University, Sari, IranMajid .FattahiAssistant Professor, Department of Management, Sari Branch, Islamic Azad University, Sari, IranFarshideh ZameniAssociate Professor, Department of Educational Management, Islamic Azad University, Sari Branch, Sari, IranJournal Article20200829Social network marketing, as a subset of social media marketing, is one of the innovative and groundbreaking marketing efforts in which consumers are engaged, instead of standing by and watching.
