Abstract
The purpose of establishing knowledge management is not to manage the entire existing knowledge of the organization, but to manage that part of the knowledge that has the highest degree of importance for the organization. This research was conducted to achieve a model for establishing knowledge management in Aghajari Oil and Gas Company. The research method is a descriptive-survey research that initially collected data using the opinions of experts. In order to determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used and 152 people were selected as the sample. The stratified random sampling method and the data collection tool were a researcher-made questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale. SPSS and Expert Choice statistical software were used to analyze the data. Among the eight top knowledge management models, the possibility of establishing each model in the company was examined based on the characteristics of each model. According to the information inferred through the Friedman test, finally the efficient model for deployment in the company, that is, the model with the highest average score, was selected and the components extracted from the superior model were compared by experts based on a 9-degree hourly spectrum and the weights and priorities of the final indicators were determined using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The final model has three dimensions, eight components and 48 indicators, which were presented in a matrix and in the form of two model scenarios for the deployment of knowledge management in the company, according to the Analytical Hierarchy Process.
